Took my daughter’s vehicle to have tires rotated and balanced, oil change and a tire change. I had an alignment done on the car several months ago but it had wore one of the tires due to being out of line. She’s traveling back and forth for college so I expressed the importance of making sure tires were good. After I paid only for an oil change and tire rotation I asked if they had checked her tires and they had not! They ended up checking it and said it was almost in the red that as long as it didn’t start leaking air not to worry about it. Had a bad experience with them over an oil change a year ago. Will never allow them to service any vehicle of mine again!

Hard workin young men that always provide excellent service at low prices. 5 stars to me. Have had dozens of tire and oil change here without incident over the past decade. Text updates when your car starts and finishes is super convenient. I'd give 6 stars if Roy was still around. That old man always brightened my day. Hope he's well. Con: Don't seem to carry or keep in stock an air filter for my car, but that's not their fault and doesn't affect service.

Very rude and took too long for an oil change. Registered day before and was supposed to get in quicker and put us under someone else's name. Couldn't even find the order when we went to pay for it.

I had to go 3 times to finally get a battery that fit in my vehicle.. The first battery would lose charge overnight.. The second one was to big for my dodge journey the third one finally worked.. lesson learned, if you purchase a new battery it can still be dead.. It's according to how long it's sat on the shelf in the garage.. Just because it's new doesn't mean squat..

Every person working in the Auto department were great! I am a disabled woman in her middle 60’s and from out of state and needed a oil and filter change ASAP and at the time they didn’t know how important it was for me to have it done until they got me in! They were all so friendly and helpful and waisted no time to provide me service. My last oil change was in Louisiana and after that I drove from Louisiana to Lancaster PA to Pittsburgh PA through the state of WV to Southern VA and then to Corbin KY. I am so grateful for the people who work in the automotive department for such amazing service
