Walmart Auto Care Center

A very unhelpful and very unprofessional. They canceled my order for 4 new tires because they didn't want to work. I had four tires shipped there and they shipped them back saying i had 10 days to pick them up. They said they don't store tires. This was not said anywhere in the documentation given to me, and oh I triple checked. Very disappointing service. Now I am stuck out on snowy new england roads with bad tires. Their negligence cost me my safety.

Went here to replace one tire that was blown due to road work. They did not balance or align all the tires when they replaced the one tire, like it said they did. Noticed one of my tires look worn. Went to a real tire place and was advised all the tires were bald due to the negligible work at Walmart Auto and them not doing the alignment/balance. Also have taken my cars there for oil changes and their check sheet says they check fluids and had fluids still be out afterwards with no mention from Walmart.

This guys are pretty bad. Maybe not all but definitely whoever worked night time on 11/14. Or maybe they are working with an old expired policy. I’m not sure what the problem is, but I drove two hours to get my tires balanced and rotated because I bought the extra service they offered with the roadside protection just for them to tell me there is a bubble on the wall, possibly caused by a pothole and they can’t even rotate or balance them. Never mind replace it like they are supposed to. I called customer service multiple times and they agree with me. They told me that it does cover it and that these guys will call and apologize and do what they’re supposed to do. But the shop did not follow through with it. Two new matching tires to go with the other two that I spent more money on somewhere else less than a year ago. Well worth the drive. Convenient texting let me know when the car was ready.

Arrived today as requested 15 minutes early for an oil change. Appt was for 2:30 pm and my car is still not done and it is currently 4:10 pm. Other customers have been waiting for a tire chance since 1 pm! Two customers asked for their keys back and walked out. Definitely will not be returning.
