OMG let me just say that Shun in automotive is AWESOME HANDS DOWN 👏🏽 ‼️ From the scheduling of my appointment which she brought me in ASAP🙌🏽 , explaining details of the appointment & most importantly- listening to my concerns‼️ pleasant customer service with a smile 😀 Amber was very supportive as well as I was nervous from a previous Walmart experience with my car. My experience was not the bad one that others have had 🤷🏽‍♀️ NO COMPLAINTS at all! Forgot my service technician name but tell him GO DAWGS❤️🖤 😂 i will be coming back!

Never answer the phone. I watched them hang up a call instead of answering it 3 times. Never attend the desk. Will try to sell a replacement tire when only a patch is needed so they can avoid working. Lazy people doing the bare minimum. Just go to Conyers Walmart Auto. At least they answer the phone.

All the people working at the time were extremely helpful! I got stranded inthe walmart parking lot with an extremely flat tire, so bad it came off the rim right before we pulled into the parking lot. We went to the automotive center and bought a new tire for a really great price and they helped us find exactly what we needed and put the tire on our rim for us after letting us barrow a jack and tire iron to take the tire off ourselves and once the new tire was on we put the tire back on ourselves to save some money. If it weren't for the employees being extremely kind and letting us barrow their tools we would have been completely stranded. Big thanks to the automotive managers, associates, and mechanics. It all took less than 30 mins to get it done and get back on the road!

I had a 1:30 appointment and was never informed that they only had 1 tech working if I knew that I would of rescheduled my appointment smh it was after 3:06 before my car was in the bay.

My girlfriend went in for a simple oil change and was made extremely uncomfortable by the unprofessionalism these men showed degrading her relationship and hitting on her rather than focusing on the job at hand a oil change this is extremely unprofessional and if this type of harassment is acceptable here this is extremely sad and pathetic
