I want to thank the guys that work here for being able to get me in and get my battery installed at the end of their day. I’m so thankful that you were able to help me out, it means the world! ⭐️ For battery warranties, they expire on January 1st of the year they’re valid until, not to the date of purchase. This would’ve been nice to be informed of, or clearly printed for the customer to see somewhere or on their receipt. Not the teams fault at all, just iffy Walmart policy! ⭐️ You also have to make sure you have the stock tire size for your vehicle otherwise they can’t put it on. Door greeters also answer the phone and give the wrong info, saying you can get squeezed in if you’re going to get there later than your appointment time due to snowy weather. Mark is a great guy. Superior customer service! Walmart stands behind their products. I'll definitely buy tires there again.

They usually do a solid job but the last time I went, this kid named Malachi messed up my car and then lied to my face about it and said I brought it in like that and probably just didn’t notice. Even though it was a hose that he messed with checking the air filter. I guess if you go here just make sure he doesn’t do anything for you, but everyone else is ok.

Sometimes the service is slow. However they have always taken well care of my vehicle. I have been able to drop my vehicle off and leave the store. Then one of the helpful people in the auto center call my cell phone to inform me I can pick up my car. I have never had an issue with any work they have done on either my car or my wife's

They did ok. Said would be an hour to an hour and a half. I did shopping and came back 1 1/2 and sat in the waiting area. Another hour passed and all the guys were out in the walk way talking. I was looking for my car all this time and did not see in garage but thought maybe behind something in garage. Finally I opened the door and ask is my car done? Which one, someone ask. I told them and here all the extra hour I sat waiting my car was done and in the parking area. One came in and my keys and bill were under the desk waiting. I never got a text either that the car was done. I know people get distracted but really.
