Walmart Auto Care Center

Good price for tires, friendly, tires got delayed and my appt changed to the following weekend. Would have been nice to be notified, but learned about when I got up the morning of by looking at the Walmart app. Other than that, no issues. Wait time was not too bad, no issue so far.

Terrible employees with Terrible communication skills. Three different days went to replace a valve stem on my tire that I already had off and in my hand and was always sent away when they have full empty shop. It is literally a 2 minute job from start to finish.

I made the appointment to buy a simple set of good year passenger tires. Six days later, I called them to confirm prior to my appointment, and they said it was all good, come on in. They did NOT have the tires. The very guy that ordered them, proceded to lie and tell us that I didn’t have them ordered. (Even tho Walmart sent me the order confirmation number, which I showed to the now speechless tire salesman) I even tried to pay for them 6 days ago, when they were ordered. No big deal that the tires didn’t show up, just tell me that over the phone before I facilitate dropping off the car. Oh, and don’t back peddle and call ME a liar to my face when I get there. I had the proof to show who the real liar is! 🤣 Annually, I spend tens of thousands of dollars at this local Walmart store. I AM

Only had two 2 tires to mount. Took the whole day, they lost my aftermarket tire cap and put on a cheap plastic one. I didn't want to keep coming back, so Ordered a whole new set. They put a new and old tire on the front and a new and old tire on the back. Smdh. I explicitly told them, new tires on the back... Literally took the whole day. They didn't do the TPMS relearn either. I happen to have the tool, but why aren't they doing it? Terrible service. I will probably order tires from Walmart, but won't be having them do service for me anymore. This includes oil changes.

Bad service, bad people with attitude, those guys looked they’re on something, I regret that I took my to that place. Please to everyone who reads this comment, if you like your car and care about it DO NOT take it to the Walmart auto center. Go see some good tire repair techs, because those guys they don’t know nothing and damaging peoples cars.
