The first time I came in for a standard oil change and was pleasantly surprised. The price for synthetic oil is unbeatable compared to local dealerships, and the online appointment system made it easy to skip the morning rush. The technicians were professional and even checked my tire pressure and fluids without me asking. I was in and out in about 45 minutes while I did some grocery shopping. Great value for routine maintenance

Very professional and respectful service. They rebalanced my tires after another Walmart Auto Care Center had done a poor job, and they also fixed a front tire valve that was leaking air. They took care of everything and did not charge me a dime.

I was skeptical to get my 20 inch tires installed at Walmart after reading bad reviews. I am glad that I did not listen to those bad reviews .They charged 1/2 the price compare to many tire shops out there and provided great service. The technicians and the lady behind the desk (Virginia and Dee) were friendly as well. I will definitely come back again for my future auto needs.

Do not come here to get your tires done. Order them and take them somewhere else to be installed. I ordered the tires and installation with the 9-10 am appointment slot. It’s been 3 hours and the mechanics honestly don’t look like they know what they are doing! Never again . If you have a whole day to waist go right ahead .

I purchased tires from this location LESS than a year ago (I normally purchase through Sam’s which has been a far better experience —however they did not have my tires in stock at that time which is how I needed up in Dundalk) Ever since my purchase and install it has been pure hell trying to get my vehicle back to this location to utilize my warranty. From the beginning I’ve been told by the Dundalk staff that the Dundalk location is “walk in only” UNLESS you are purchasing tires or an oil change and it is best to arrive earlier rather than later because the walk in list fills up! I have called in several times to double check for appointment availability (just in case) to have my tire rotated (I drive a lot) or for a nail in my tire and I’ve been told the same thing about “ walk-in only
