Walmart Auto Care Center

I arrived at the store at 7:30 AM because I had an appointment at that time. When I got there, it was completely closed. It's 8 AM now, and I still can't get my oil changed. I've never seen such incompetent store staff or service.

I brought my car in to have two tires installed that I ordered from Walmart. My appointment time was set for 8:00am. I arrived at 7:42am (nervous about being prompt for my appointment since there's a disclaimer noting that you'll lose your appointment slot if you're over 15 minutes late). By 8:07am, I called customer service to see if anyone was present to check my car in. Approximately 2 minutes later, one of the workers came from out of the bay to check me in. After shopping I returned to the waiting area and was told that "it would take too long to get the lug nuts off" and they suggested I go by some and bring them back. Top notch service. All the mechanics were helpful. They changed my oil and filter in less than 30 minutes. The mechanic was kind enough to show me the oil was clean after the service. This will be my go to for oil services.

Got my oil done there two months ago and it looks like they didn't do the work... my oil went almost completely dry and there were no obvious causes like leaks. Thankfully I caught it and my engine did not seize up. Not only have they typically treated me horribly the work was sometimes good and sometimes horrible. Consumer beware!!! This was the most expensive oil change I ever had in my life. Took my vehicle into them for a simple oil change. Anybody that completed some type of automotive school should be able to do a "oil change". The next few days on the startup of my vehicle I have white smoke coming from the exhaust. It only last after the vehicle started up. Started looking for other things that might cost that. Shortly after that the vehicle started driving extremely rough. Ended up taking it to one place and had them run the codes because the engine light came on.
