5 stripped oil pan drain plugs on here shouldve went else where reviews are there for a reason beware of this place bunch of incompetent techs and managers stripped my drain plug bolt and then try to lie about it. My drain plug was fine before this staw away fron this place

I got new tires from there and paid a pretty good price. The service was pretty quick too and they will text you once the service is done. The staff was friendly too.

***HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN WITH A PURCHASED ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY*** Walmart Care Center at Americas says they are open until 7pm. I needed to replace a tire with my road hazard warranty on 3/27/25. I arrived at 6:20 pm. Keep in mind no one can anticipate a blown out tire. Well the tech finally strolled over and told me about 6:25pm, "They are no longer accepting work for the day." Mind you check the cameras. There was one car in the entire garage with the hood up. I explained to the Tech. my daughter could not be driving around on the spare today. I have my purchased warranty and there are not other vehicles ahead of me please replace the tire. He refused to help. By this time it is 6:35 p.m. I went across the street to the PEP Boys who also close at 7pm. They gladly too

place basically dont fix tires, just want you to buy a new tire, the employees send me to a desponchadora, not foming back

It was my first time visit at this Walmart auto center and I was worried at first due to some negative reviews but me personally I had a great experience! I went to get my battery replaced and oil changed on my 2016 Toyota RAV4 XLE. I will be visiting again as I need to take my finances 2021 Honda Civic Sport for an oil change as well!
