Walmart Auto Care Center

I always gotten my oil changed at Walmart with no problem. But this time oil was on my back floor...used several towels to souck it up. I went back to talk with management about what had happened and told them might be a possible leak...they checked filed a report (haven't spoken to anyone as of yet today 11/3/25) and found none...but my inspection found shock leaks...so Who's lying...

You get what you pay for. After two visits to this Walmart Auto center, I have a broken lug post and they won't install the tires they sold me because it's a different size from the original tires from the manufacturer. The new tires are made for the new rims, but that doesn't seem to matter to the automotive center. Again, you get what you pay for. Lesson Learned.

Went in for a tire repair. Had 2 small holes like I ran over a staple. They said we're too small to get their tool into so they made a bigger hole that was then too big to repair. ? I have Road Hazard protection and they were making me buy a new tire after they ruined my tire. Finally after a couple hours a COACH was called and I got my new tire for the taxes owed. Good outcome. Not worth the bickering and hassle. Highly recommend a professional tire service elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Talked to them over the phone to try to reschedule a tire installation. Lady over the phone said it was ok, bring the car by an hour later. When we get there, we're told that we cannot reschedule, but we have an appointment confirmation text saying that we can. We leave and get a phone call 15 minutes later to saying that we have to sign a waiver for dents and scratches on the car (understandable, but why not do that before the customer leaves?). The "manager" got in our face, the people working there had an attitude and were being disrespectful the whole time. I know we're not the only ones who got screwed over at this location. They were wasting another customer's time as well, who we saw a few minutes later at Discount Tire.

Went to get tires put on today … it got canceled to the fact they couldn’t scan my cars vin number no matter what according to the gentleman name Mike … went to the car it was a bug blocking it … no lie!! A bug … I removed it went back inside and asked for a manger … employee Mike that works there told them there was a piece of paper blocking it .Seriously? Now lying about what you see …. They have a… not my job ,not my problem mentality . After a few hours they brought it back in … Numerous people have complained about this place .. strangers family etc… seems like they hire whoever for tire installation after talking to the employees there .. never again .
