On 01/10/2025 I went to the Walmart in Elkton Md. I needed new windshield wipers, I waited way too long to replace the ones I had. I know nothing about my car but how to get gas and how to drive it. Anyway, I went to the auto section thinking I knew what the heck I was doing. Out of nowhere, a young man with tattoos came up and asked. You need some help? I am so mad I didn't get his name because he was so helpful. He reminded me that I could finish shopping for my groceries and, when I was finished, pull around to the side to get help. I did just that and bumped into William(Bill). He was so helpful in helping me pick out the correct windshield wipers. He even went out in the pouring rain and put them on for me. I recently purchased a set of Douglas tires for my Toyota Camry from Walmart, and this has been one of the worst consumer experiences I’ve ever had. From the very first drive, the tires were wobbly and unstable, making the car feel unsafe, especially at highway speeds. The vibration and lack of control put me and others at serious risk on the road. When I returned to Walmart to report the issue and request an exchange or refund, I was shocked at how dismissive they were. Instead of standing behind the product they sold, they refused to take any responsibility, leaving me with defective tires and an unsafe vehicle. Worst car experience! My car has the sticker that states it needs size 215 tires this is what I bought. I go to get them installed by Walmart and they tell me they can't install them because my current tires on my car are 205. They go on to tell me that dealers do put small sizes on for the look and that is why I have size 205. (My car is a 2015 so this is not my first new tire set) They then tried to get me to buy size 205 tires even though my car says 215. It made no sense what they were saying she was arguing with me and I think just wanted to go home since my appt was at 430pm. I went to Firestone no problem they put the tires on for me and didn't even hesitate about the size. They laughed at my experience with Walmart. Not Only I got couple dents after the service, One of my rear break was touching the rotor therefore made me spend money to fix that issue. For the amount of people that come to the service area for batteries and other car related issue, you would think help will come when packed but not, you have to wait even with appointment. The service is really slow. I have been to other Walmart service for tires service and never seen a like this location.

I went yesterday to get a my old car battery removed and another installed. When I left I noticed an issue with my car. I been calling and they won’t answer. It’s a nightmare
