Walmart Auto Care Center

Got and oil change on the June 28th. Went under my hood and no oil cap. Went to Walmart, pulled up to the bay, the guy finds my oil cap. The manager watched the video and say she sees them putting on the cap, well apparently they didn't put it on correctly! Never Again!!!!

The staff available were not helpful; and they didn't have enough to check out the customers in a timely manner. I actually called the department while we were standing in line; not one time was it answered. I would like to suggest that adding a sign up board that would allow the mechanics to know about and prioritize customers who needed work ... like a new tire or an oil change ... work that would not require a cashier's attention to finalize the purchase of store items.

The cashier at the Auto Care Center is great. Nothing negative to say there. The service from the mechanics, not so great. Came in to see why my brand new set of tires I bought and had on my vehicle for 2 weeks, started losing pressure. Assumed it was the fluctuating temperatures changing at most 30 degrees or more from day to day, but one tire was losing pressure daily for a week. I didn't spit any holes or objects lodged in the tire. Took it back up to the Auto Care Center since I purchased the Advanced Road Hazard warranty to help in case of any flats needing repairs or replacement. I dropped off my keys and patiently waited....for 3 and a half hours! 2 hours, my car sat parked where I left it and the remaining other time it sat in the garage.
