Cheap tires and cheap service. If you want to feel like you're being sold from this is the store for you! Lousy guys in the back and no help from the attitude clerk in the front. They won't get any more of my money

Arrived at 7:10am, ten minutes after Open time. We pull up to the Open Tire bay door and planned to wait our turn because this is how all the other Walmart service centers conduct their business, that we have been to. An angry black male wearing his service uniform exits the open door proceeds to yell at us rather than approach the driver door and communicate. We did not know we were not following their protocol by parking here. He also yells at us some insults because where he was pointing for us to park was unclear. He then closed this door. The check in doors were still not open for us to check in 10 minutes after open time, yet he yells at us we will be first customer in line when they open. Had tires i wanted in stock and no wait to get in to put on. Crew was great replaced bad tpm sensors too

Clueless and Careless! I had an oil change done today: - I made an appointment to save time - it took them an hour to even roll the car into the shop. - The "mechanic" somehow struggled for 10 minutes to get the VIN into his system. Then he was unable to take the underfloor cover off. He got a colleague with a tool, they took off all the screws except for one, left it hanging on one corner which will now probably break off soon. Later, they left 2 screws off when they re-assembled it.. - Somehow, they spilled enough for the cover to be dripping from fresh oil - or did they just not tighten the plug or the filter? - The guy at the reception did not bother to explain to me that they now sell 3 different "grades" of oil services with synthetic oil, and of course he charged me with the most ex

I was on a 13hr road trip, with a car full of kids, and 7hrs to go, when my engine light came on. By the time I got there, they had cars in all the bays & were not taking more, due to them closing in approx 20min. I explained my situation & they were so caring . They agreed to take my car in, which led them to having to stay after, but they were fine with doing so in order for me and the kids to be safe. I am beyond greatful to the amazing, caring staff that assisted me that night. They were true angels in my time of need
