Complete failure. They won’t take steel plate under the vehicle even though they made online appointment. Once you are on-site they tell you, they don’t serve vehicles with steel plates protecting the bottom of the car. This could be easily avoided by A) don’t make an appointment for vehicles you don’t want to service B) figure out how to unscrew couple screws and service the car.

Will never go there again! Oil change didn’t last a month! I rather pay the extra $30 at my dealership and get a diagnostic than go to these ppl. They don’t even pump tires. My ac isn’t blowing cold air I think they had something to do with it! Do not go there!

I have been using this Walmart for Oil Change since 5 years ago… today my last time… they now are telling there’s no workers so it takes 30 min per car, so 2 cars per hour only, and its only by appt, the next appointment available in 15 days….I regular customer for them… the I saw 2 workers with their phone inside the shop doing nothing… then apparently the Manager or Supervisor told me that no matter they use 2 lane for oil change at same time always take 30 mi per car… it’s completely ridiculous I will now go to another place… Walmart NEVER again

Always used Walmart for a simple oil change, NEVER AGAIN! Check-in attendant took the old service tags out of my window, threw them in the street and when I admonished him for littering, he claimed that he blew all of the days tags and litter out of the street (busy US 1) into the trash at the end of the day, ya right! Then the service tech damaged the oil pan so they couldn’t perform the oil change and the manager, Alejandra said she would help me make a claim so I could get my vehicle repaired, gave me a phone number that wasn’t ever answered and shuffled me out of the store. In my view, this Walmart should be shut down as all of the employees I dealt with that day were incompetent and I felt like I was in a 3rd world country. NEVER AGAIN!!

The Service was amazing . Franky , Shawn and the whole team were very professional, attentive and accommodating.
