Walmart Auto Care Center

Scheduled a 7am tire appointment online only to show up with 0 employees there. I was told that nobody showed up for the day and that I'd have to reschedule. I ended up taking my tires and having them installed somewhere else. Waste of time.

This Walmart Auto Care Center is located in the Walmart Supper Center at 1710 Apple Glen Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804. The ingress and egress is located on the left side of the store. If you are shopping for new tires make sure that they give you new valve stems and caps for your tires. They forgot to install mine so they may forget to install yours too. I did encountered a small hassle but Guadalupe made it mostly right. He promised me that he would provide further training for the technicians. In total he replaced three. However though Guadalupe is a good guy he still forgot to replace one old valve stem so one does not match the other three. I will still bring my business to this location the.

Apple Glen Wal-Mart TLE has always been great for me, milultiple vehicles over the years and always happy with their service at this location.

Came in for a set of 4 new tires I bought from online. Had zero problems aside from a minor hiccup on a different tire set being installed than the ones that were agreed on. With that being said, I was in around 7am, was back by 8:15 am. Quick turnaround. Very nice people behind the desk. Was worried with all the lousy reviews but this proved wrong. My suggestion is to come in early, beat the crowds.

I purchased 2 tires and had them installed. I was charged a lifetime balance and rotation fee of 15.00 dollars per tire that I was not informed that I would be charged. I did not want that service but was told that I have to pay it that it is not an option. For that reason I will not be purchasing tires from Walmart anymore.
