Walmart Auto Care Center

Service was quick and fast. Just walmart employee did not know that Walmart charge cards and no longer able to be used. Capital One is now using Quick Silver because they are no longer with Walmart. Funny I never got a letter telling me this. So I cut up the Walmart Charge Card and will no longer be using Capital One

Worst customer service I've experienced. Always put on hold when I call. In store takes awhile to get service also. Need to do better

Actual service tech employees are very friendly. Was pleased with the work they did for me. I'd recommend using them for new tires and regular service (oil change, light bulb replacements etc)

Worst experience I've ever had at a shop, when I got there they told me to come back in 2 hours, so I did, then they said I needed to wait 2 hours before they could get the car in again. when I finally received the car back there was bead sealer all over the wheels, they never cleaned the blue soap off the tires, they jammed the spare tire under the carpet instead of putting it under the car where its supposed to go. on top of all that when I brought up my complaints they were nothing but rude, the mechanics should be fired and they need a service manager to control them. Never go here, Id rather spend the more money elsewhere.

Service was horrible!!! When I made an appointment they said it would take a 1/2 hour to replace 2 tires. When I arrived for the service the time changed to an hour. When I returned an hour later they said it would be "just a couple more minutes". Ended up waiting another 30 minutes with my cold groceries. No communication/updates unless I asked or apologies.
