Walmart Auto Care Center

While on a trip to Independence, Virginia, we got a flat tire. The only place that would repair our tire within 30 miles on a Sunday was Walmart. The service was excellent from everyone we encountered, and the repair was only $15. That warrants 5 stars in my book.

Bought two tires from here 18 months ago developed a vibration in the front which was these tires i had bought the lifetime warranty so make the mistake of going in to get them to check the balance and look for broken belts in the tires it was supposed to be covered by the warranty they end up rotating all of the tires and charging me 30 for warranty on the tires I didn't even buy there when I didn't tell them to rotate them what a jip won't be going there ever again

Just a tire rotation. Did an appointment online. The greeter was super friendly and answered my questions. Automatic updates via text were very handy. Got me in on time while I did some shopping. Got me out in under 30 mins. For $20! At 3pm on a Sunday! In Galax! Felt like civilization. Wish I’d known about them sooner.

First time going to walmart for any sort of car related work. Service and employees were nice. I took my car for just an oil change and a tire rotation. I believed everything was good, fast, quick, and easy service, until I turned my car on and two lights appeared. My service air bag light and engine light appeared. First reaction was to obviously go and ask. My car was perfectly fine before and after being serviced by walmart, my car was left in poor condition. After speaking to management he made it clear they had nothing to do with my issues. As I left my car was stalling and being very hesistant when accelerating. I went back the next morning, they said the same thing. The air bag light was an easy fix, I was more concerned for the engine light as it was detecting my car malfunctioning

Came in no appt got lawnmower tire fixed everyone was very nice
