Walmart Auto Care Center

Traveled from Chinle to Gallup Walmart auto center for 4 New tires. On arrival, tires were there but shop guy informed me they had no way to balance the new tires. Something the gal could have told me on the phone a couple hours before when I set the appointment. Very frustrating, I went elsewhere.

I came here for an Oil Change on July 15th around 4pm. I have a White 2017 Mazda 3. I only know this because I am now getting my oil changed at my intended destination (Orlando) today on July 22nd but apparently the guys who changed my oil in Walmart stripped the bolt off the plug, which has made it especially difficult to get another oil change and it means I may have to get the whole oil pan replaced. They could’ve fixed it but they instead didn’t tell me and let me drive off like that. Very disappointing.

Great joB walmart quick lube. Lying to your customers takes you along way. First they lied about not having the air filter in stock that I wanted replaced with my oil change. I found several on the shelf while shopping. Then refusing to return my key to my personally own vehicle after paying for the service is flat out ridiculous. I asked for a manager. employee Antonio refused and asked why I was being difficult just to give him my name. I told him my name is on the paper. He stated I can not give you back your keys until you give me your name. I asked for a manager again. Then he called a pretend manager over she came over that had no title on her name she said she was a lead. I than again asked for a manager. The cashier Antonio told me I was being difficult and making it harder than it

Set a tire appointment for all four tires and to be installed and had a scheduled date and time for a Saturday morning at 7 a.m. and no one was here to check me in and still no one to install the tires. Said I wasn't in the system. After pay nearly $500 in advance this is how they treat customers and won't let me speak to a manager. Excuse is his in a meeting. And won't be installed til 10 a.m or 12 p.m which is it?? This Wal mart deserves 0 Starz.

I wasn’t able to use this business. Why? Because they wouldn’t help! Day 1: we got there at 6:40. They close 6:30. Ok. Left car in the lot. Day 2 we get back and they refuse to mount a tire for us (flat in the man-eating 491 potholes north of Gallup). I just needed a flat fixed. Then. They don’t sell the tire we need. They told us oh well! I wish they had bothered to “oh well” us the day before. We went to Shaffers. Tire mounted in 5 minutes. Nothing wrong with the tire. Plus! He carried the tires we were told “don’t work in Gallup.” When we asked him why he thinks Walmart won’t mount tired or help… “they don’t care” He said more, but I’ll leave it there. Walmart doesn’t care and won’t help.
