Took my car to get a tire change first thing in the morning after going the day previously and finding out you have to schedule an appointment. ( Fine, I get it) The issue i had is i sat around waiting and staring at 3 technicians for 20 minutes before one finally even acknowledged my presence. After that going around they tried to say the accident to the front end of the car made it impossible to install a new tire on, and that because the shift lock sensor was bad on my car they wouldn't touch it. Waste of my time they could've checked out the day previously and any other shop can and will work with said issues. I know I've had 3 tire changes with these issues present. The gentleman behind the cou ter was super. I stopped in to buy a battery. Asked if they wanted to swap them or of I could borrow a wrench and do it myself. He asked one of the techs, and after a lengthy conversation, I poked my head out to see if I could just borrow a wrench. The tech started reaching in conversation about how busy they were and he didn't know what size wrench I'd need. I asked if he had an adjustable wrench and he replied he was really busy. I walked backed inside with the guy from the counter and bought an adjustable wrench for $5. Counter guy rang me up, took care of the core charge in advance, and I swapped the batteries in about 5 minutes. I had my oil changed here, and less than 20 miles later, my check engine light came on. I pulled over to find the oil cap completely missing and oil sprayed all over the engine bay. I immediately called the shop to explain the situation. They insisted the cap had been put on properly, even claiming that their camera footage showed the technician “putting it on tight.” I explained multiple times that if it had been secured correctly, it wouldn’t have come off, but they denied any possibility of error and refused to take responsibility. Their only offer was to “run more tests” — but only if I could drive the car all the way back to them, which wasn’t safe given the circumstances. I ended up replacing the oil cap myself ($40), adding more oil, and having an auto parts store run a diagnostic

They were just ok. No extra service for the tire I had put on. They were understaffed which made me feel as if I were an inconvenience. My cards were not working and he acted like it was my fault. When I called my bank, they said Everything was fine and try a different terminal. He was frustrated, again like that was my fault! Would not go back there for service.

Prices are definitely the lowest. Quality of service is acceptable. BUT... 1. They are THE SLOWEST around. 1 hour tire appointments turned into 2+ hours. 2. The employees are NOT pleasant or helpful. I'm not even sure they're not high. But they're working at Walmart, so... Look, if you want an acceptable job done for great prices and don't mind spending a good chunk of your day waiting around, go for it. Just be aware their employees and management are the worst around.
