Walmart Auto Care Center

Came in at 620a. It would be nice if employee at door would GREET instead of being on their cellphone. You would think older means wiser. A good morning and a smile can go a long way. Customer Service ain't like it use to be at some Walmarts

Already starting off wrong. It’s Sunday at 7:40am. They suppose to open at 7am. Not open. I went inside to make sure they open and the CS said yes to give them more time. There are three cars waiting for services as I write this. Someone checked door, it’s locked. This is very unprofessional to sit and wait to give them your money. CS is definitely not the same in 2024.

spent hundreds of dollars for new tires set a 7:00 a.m. appointment and there's no technicians available, after I was waiting a half hour for anyone to come to the service desk... absolutely unacceptable.

Wouldn’t recommend. I came right when they opened asked about an oil change I was told “we just opened so give us a few minutes to get settled”. Literally no cars there at all EXCEPT employees. Ok after waiting I was told we have appointments so you’ll have to wait. Ok how long ? I can come back. The lady tells me I don’t know. Maybe an hour or more. We have appointments and you just showed up you’ll have to wait. I just went somewhere else all together.

JK “manager” of car care center is a joke! I guess that’s why she goes by JK. She denied a valid protation of a tire as is covered on extended hazard tire warranty. They put pamphlets at the service area that purposely mislead you to believe things are covered. Her response: “no it’s not covered, It doesn’t matter what the pamphlet says.” I asked her then how are we to know what is covered and what is not she said only she has access to that. I asked her how is that fair or even ethical. She shrugged. She said “it’s displayed in the back” I said “In the back? Where customers can’t see it?” She shrugged again.
