Walmart Auto Care Center

I chose an early appointment time at the Greenwood, SC Walmart auto center thinking I could get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Received a check in text ahead of schedule so I go shopping thinking my oil change was starting. Wrong, I came back 40 minutes later to find my car sitting where I parked it. Two cars were in the bays with no one around working on them. A few minutes later the lady that checked me in came back to the counter and told me they were understaffed today. So I left, Walmart auto center is a joke. I'm done with them.

Don’t make appointments because it doesn’t matter, the awful management will ensure they have at least 6 people ahead of you. Don’t waste your time because they don’t know what an appointment means. The sad part is I used to recommend this place to anyone that asked about oil changes but there’s no way in hell I’m doing that now

Worst experience in my entire life with any tire shop. 2.5 hours to get a tire? I already knew better than to go to Walmart in the first place for anything g auto. Do not do it.

Not recommended. Made an appointment for 1030 for oil change and when I arrived there was 3 people in front of me waiting ?? Also only had one worker and over heard a scheduling conflict conversation, the whole store just seems incompetent. Went to sonny's in abbeville and they did everything including topping off my fluids and tire pressure for $40 under 20 minutes.

Very poor customer service. I had an appointment scheduled for 1pm, the associate canceled my appointment and did not say anything to me about it. I seat there 2 hours thinking that my car was being serviced. I was upset at first but I went Mavis and they brighten my day and the tires that I purchased had my toyota riding like a Benz!!!
