Walmart Auto Care Center

I ordered two tires from Walmart and scheduled installation for the earliest available date, which was ten days later. According to the tracking information, both tires showed as delivered on the same day. However, the app only marked one as delivered, and the second tire showed as delayed. I tried calling the Arbutus Supercenter Auto Care Center to clarify, but no one answered. When I arrived for my appointment, the first employee even told me their phone was not working, which explains why I could not reach them. Since my appointment remained confirmed and no one contacted me to reschedule, I assumed everything was fine. But when I showed up on time at 8:00 a.m., the employee simply said that only one tire had arrived and did not seem concerned about the issue. The supervisor repeated t

I would give this Auto Care center a 0 if I could because this is simply outrageous. My experiences with Walmart auto care centers has just been horrible so far. I’ve tried calling this location for new tire installations and questions (as in I don’t want to just blindly order online without asking my questions) but not ever did anyone pick up the phone nor do I get a call back EVER!! I finally decided I just needed to buy the tires online and show up for my appointment but everytime I purchased tires, I got a cancellation email within the hour saying my tires aren’t in stock at this location.. TWICE. Then why did it say they were available at this location? And why did I not receive a call that my tires are unavailable but maybe they could substitute/recommend a different tire. But no. I

These guys do a great job when it comes to tires. Make sure you call to get an appointment, but if you do, they'll do it right. We've taken our car here twice for tire replacements. We were happy enough with their work the first time, and the second time, they honored a warranty we didn't even know we had, giving us a steeply discounted price (less than a fifth of what we would've paid at a dealership) for a new tire to replace one that wasn't patchable. You can order tires online, but they also keep some on hand and can check to see if they have any available in the size you need, which is great if you need to replace just one in an emergency. They work quickly (both times my car has been done in about an hour) and are very affordable. I've been very impressed by their work and will conti

Im gonna start by saying sadly enough I usually dont have anything nice to say about walmart on Washington blvd in Halethorpe. But the Tire center. It's on Point. I've been going there for a little over a year now. They have met every need with a smile. Even met some I didn't ask for. There is one particular young lady named Carnie that works there that's has been so helpful and so nice I feel like we're old friends. Walmart you need to give your tire employees a pat on the back and a raise!!

Got my tires changed at Walmart. Paid everything online and all I had to do was sign a few forms and hand over the keys. Service took over an hour. Reps were friendly. Although the line was short, the time to speak to a rep took quite long as there are only two registers.
