Absolute bs. I called the dept. Talked to human who said I needed to make an appointment for headlight change in am. They open at 7 n I need one. Go to make an appointment n I have 3 options. None is for a headlight. And you cant type in your specific request. It closed 3 minutes before I called. N was happy he answered the call in the first place and didnt want to keep him on thr phone n thought it would be simple to do online. Will go and make an appointment in person n maybe get lucky and it can be before work.

bought stock sized tires off their website, had service scheduled to have tires put on the first day of heavy snowfall, they tell me they can't install them because they're not the stock sized tires for this car. now im stuck with a set of tires no tire shop wants to install in the middle of winter. never trusting them again

I brought daughters car in for new tires. Tech says that he cant get one lug nut off. Says they cannot use anything but pneumatic gun. Cant use a lug wrench with an extension. Had to drive the car home. I used a breaker bar to loosen the lug nut and then drive it back. What kind of shop cant loosen a lug nut????????

Awful customer service! If they run out of oil filters they try to charge you separately for a filter they have to get from the store. The techs also dont cant remove tires from a vehicle, very ironic since they claim to be a tire center!

THIS PLACE IS A ABSOLUTE JOKE! I WAITED 2 HOURS FOR A TIRE TO BE PUT ON A RIM. CUZ EVERYONE WAS TO BISY STANDING AROUND TALKING. THE OLD MAN BEHIND THE CORNER IS A IGNORANT AND DISRESPECTFUL. WALMART NEEDS TO DIE JUST LIKE BLOCKBUSTER! HIRING PEOPLE WHO GIVE A DAMN AND THE SERVCE UR TRING TO SELL!!
