Walmart Auto Care Center

Bought tires online, they came in fairly quick. Got my car right in except, the rims and the tires were different sizes, finally I got the right rims and the service Dave and others provided was exceptional. I furthermore saw them helping every customer like they were family!!! Well done yall!!

Went in to have someone fix my flat tire, estimated 3 hours to wait and only took about an hour to fix 👍 The actual people taking care of me weren't the issue, however the older guy also working behind the counter caught a major attitude after I had simply stated I had to park in front of the garden center because there was no room to park in their space considering 100 people needed their winter tires. Never stated I was going to make them walk all the way out there to get my car, he just assumed and was extremely rude about it before I could even ask them where they'd want me to park. I understand workers are probably stressed from how busy it was, but really?

Whoever took care of my van today 12/9/25 from 10 am til 1:30pm, was an absolute gem of a human. He went above and beyond for us, and did all he could to get us satisfied. We appreciated his hard work and efforts!! I didn’t get a name, but I’m sure he knows who he is if he reads this. Keep being the human you are! You brought a little bit of sanity to our chaos.

Would not recommend took almost 3 hours for a tire change and they ended up scratching up my rims at the end. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

I’ve seen many of the same technicians there for several years and are very competent. The ability to make appointments is convenient. I look at the Walmart site first for all the tires I buy.
