I will update this only if they fix the situation as they said. I took my car in for some tires to be installed. Took em maybe 2-3 hours fine no big deal. I go out to the car I see one of my wheels scratched then I make it home to see my front passenger is absolutely gouged. I immediately turn around and go to the store to talk to a manager.She then takes the pictures and begins a claim. I got a quote to fix them and she said when they’re don’t they’d pay. Well they close at 5 on Friday and no payment was received. She then called and asked the shop a whole lot of questions like if there were signs of a previous repair .I have been borrowing a car while the wheels get fixed and now have to wait till Wednesday because the one manager is the only one apparently that can do it. I recently got my tires changed at this location, and the actual tire change went smoothly and was done well. But, my experience with the greeter, Elizabeth N. was awful. She was very rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. When we received a message that our tire change was done, I approached her and she told me it wasn't done and that only one service had been completed. We were confused and told her we only got a tire change, but she insisted that we needed to wait because it wasn't done. So we sat and waited another 15 minutes. Elizabeth eventually called me up and said we could finish the transaction while we wait. Then, she tried to charge me an extra $180 for an oil change and extra tires. I tried to clarify to her that I only got a tire change and that it was paid online but she said "I e

5 minutes away from Walmart for a 7:00 a.m. tire replacement appointment I get a text saying the tires were not at the store, so I check in and guess what the tires are actually there why I was setting no tire notice is beyond my comprehension. So even though the appointment was canceled by Walmart I was still there on time and time they got our one vehicle in for a rotating balance and got it out quickly no complaints the other car for the tires took two and a half hours to replace four tires I wouldn't have minded the two and a half hours except there's no heater in the waiting area in the automotive section it's like an icebox in there very uncomfortable. So in talking to the associate I asked her if she knew how much longer it was going to be and she said soon so I walked over sat back

Had a new set of tires put on and within a day one of the tires went flat. Scheduled an appointment to have it looked at, showed up to my 1 o’clock appointment and was told they were not able to look at the tire because they were too busy even though I had an appointment. Left with the problem unresolved, not a happy customer. Very poor service. Would not recommend this place.

They did wonderful job changing the oil on my pimpala and rotating my tires. They are good at what they do. God bless Alabama and America 🇺🇸
