Walmart Auto Care Center

Great experience. Call before getting there and the staff was on it. They had everything ready, so in a d out no wait. Mac was moving Mac management. Thanks for Great service!

This is the worst Walmart Auto Center in the Central Texas area. I made an appointment for an oil change and was told that gave me priority, well after 1 hr and 15 min of waiting and seeing my car was still not in the bay, I decided to leave. On top of that apparently you as the customer have to pay for them not stocking oil correctly for their auto center. They were going to charge me more for getting it off the shelf. They are apparently always short on attendants and the once that are there move slower than snails. There were other customers there and all were mad and frustrated, that should have been my clue. Never again will I go, I'll stick to Valvoline, at least they do it in 30 min or less.

Went yesterday to get tire checked and said it would 2 1/2 hour wait. So I left. I came after work today and hours said 7-7. Picture was taken at 6:28 so guess they don’t go by hours either.

tried telling them my issue and she just hung up on me 😐😐

I've tried this place 3 times and each time the experience was terrible! This last time was the last straw. Took my car for an oil change. They had 3 vehicles in front of me. Shopped around for an hour and there were still 2 cars ahead of me and an appt vehicle they didn't tell me about. They did 1 vehicle in an hour. I counted at least 5 people standing around. I'll take my car somewhere else from now on.
