Walmart Auto Care Center

Asking info nicely at auto care center and getting attitude from guy at counter twice within a month! A bad manager can runs good employees and customer away! Cancel my online order, took my business elsewhere. Walmart can do better.

This place is a complete scam. I dropped off my car to get 4 brand-new tires, and they called me later saying it was “ready.” When I came back, they had just put my old worn-out tires back on the car like I wouldn’t notice. When I confronted them, they gave me ridiculous excuses and claimed they “thought” I only needed a balance and rotation. That is pure dishonesty. They tried to take my money without doing the job I asked for. Wasting my time is one thing, but trying to trick me into driving away on the same unsafe tires I came in with is unacceptable. If you value your money, your time, and your safety, do not trust this Walmart Auto Center.

Purchased 4 tires and installation online. Showed up for appointment at 1pm. Easy check in process and I was out before 2pm. Great service all around.

If I could give less than a star I would. Absolutely TERRIBLE service!! They lost the car keys, they took them to customer service, and then the manager told me he couldn’t find them there. It took me to go to customer service myself and The lady kept saying that they were not there when she wasn’t even looking for them. She starts looking for them inside a drawer when I see them on the counter…. If it wasn’t because I went and I looked, I wouldn’t have gotten it. Last time I will EVER go back.

Now, I usually would not write a review for a Walmart but this mechanic's shop impressed me. I made an appointment to come in and was attended to immediately. The mechanics are knowledgeable and provide a thorough job. They were able to mount my tires, provide a warranty, and able to clear my TPMS light from my dash as well. Obviously, you pay for what you get but I was shocked at how quick, meticulous and precise the mechanics remained throughout the hour+ mounting process. I can attest to this because I watched them work throughout the service.
