Walmart Auto Care Center

​I was very disappointed with the efficiency of the Auto Care Center. The staff took three hours to check a single flat tire. During my wait, I observed that it took the team the same amount of time to change only two tires on another vehicle. The lack of urgency is frustrating and disrespectful of customers' time

The worst service imaginable. When you arrive, they don't take you seriously; they're just messing around and telling jokes. They made me wait over two hours to change my tires, only to tell me afterward that they didn't have them. The worst Walmart in the DFW area by far.

I had a nail in my tire while my sister and her baby were in the car. Christian and Freddy, two incredibly fast and amazing mechanics, came straight up to our car. They greeted us with care and concern, and they fixed my tire in no time. Great customer service

The price is good, but they are SO SLOW! I was the first car here and it still took over 2.5hrs to get 4 new tires (pre-ordered, with appt).

Purchased 4 new tires made appointment. Do Not come here, they are so slow, after 2 hours of waiting they had the nerve to tell me 45 min per tire. Then proceeded to try to “list why” like never bought new tires. You go to any other place it’s an 1-1.5 hour wait tops. All the guys are just standing around, not working. Literally same situation with the other people waiting . Never coming again
