For the love of God! Do not bring your car here! They messed up the lugs on my daughter’s car. Admitted they were the ones who put the tires on, but said they can’t help me because they torqued them to the cars specs. But yet, I have had tires put on at other places with no issues.

Tokyo took great care of my automobile needs. Great service and communication at an affordable price. Definitely recommend Jacksonville auto!

I got the standard oil change and all services that they say come with the oil change, on paperwork says I declined them. Which I would of loved to of got what paid for I did not decline any of them. If your going do what you advertise please don't say it comes with oil change. This is ridiculous.

Absolutely amazing! The techs are super nice and respectful! Had 4 new tires put on, oil change, new battery, headlight restoration, and a fuel injection service done on my truck. I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours! Great job!

The staff was busy as expected but very nice and friendly to me. I had an oil change and it took about 40 minutes which was fairly quick given how busy they were. I'll return again.
