Wort customers service. Do not waste your time or money coming here for any reason. Extremely unprofessional.

As I sit and wait I figured I’d might as well leave a review because of my experience. Now this isn’t my trip to Walmart service center. I use them for all of my tire needs. My trucks, my wife’s car etc. Now normally yes I walk and have to wait a few mins for someone at the counter. Not a big deal, most of the guys sell and install. The past 3 times I dealt with Dwayne. He’s an awesome dude! Very helpful and polite. Now I don’t know what peoples problems are with dealing with this place. It’s not nor will it ever be a McDonald’s drive thru. Patience people! They’ll get you in and out as soon as possible

Got message saying my vehicle is done for oil change and flat tire, arrived, and waited infront of the counter for over 10 minutes. An employee saw me and said the mechanic will get to me soon as they are done. Than another 10 minutes passed by a mechanic walked threw the tires, asked if I been helped. Told him, supposedly waiting for the guy in the back will come and talk to me. But never showed up. Than he went to see if their was any mechanics in the back. He came back out and said, oh sorry the mechanic knew i was waiting but decided not to come out because he didn't want to tell me he couldn't get my oil filter loose, so he didnt do my oil change service. Also was told didn't check my tire, only aired up for the light to go away. But it went flat again when I got home. Only good thing

No one ever answers the phone. I've been trying to call at different times of the day for several days over the course of a month and I can't get anyone on the phone.

The prices hide a lazy workforce that doesn't want to do any work. They will lie about everything under the sun to get you to leave the shop. I have had 4 incidents so far. This location lied about my oil cap screw being faulty. They claimed they couldn't get it off. I had a Sunday appointment so it was a pain getting a different oil change place to look at it. Had to drive 30 miles away. Yet once I got to Valvoline they replaced it with no trouble. I even asked the tech. The tech informed me that it is hard to reach my oil pan. Apparently they have a special wrench and experience on my common make and model. Since at Valvoline they work to collect a pay check. They don't get customers to leave in order to have a free ride.
