Thought I’d be able to get my tire patched here, something that’d take me 30 min before I became disabled. 1, customer entrance is nonsensical. 2, website needs to add they do not take walk-ins. Employee was confused I didn’t have one as if walk-ins are a new concept. 3, building off 2: I love how there literally was no one else was there for service, as it was 7:05, but also there weren’t any appointments available for hours or the next day.

I called and the lady got me all set up. She checked to see that the tire that I needed was in stock and pulled it for my appointment. Thank You. With the Walmart+ I saved and got Road hazard.

Let me move my appointment up because I got there early. Thank god they did because it took two hours to put a headlight bulb in and an oil change. Whole afternoon gone

Took my SUV for an oil change and they weren’t only fast but they even vacuumed my seats. There was a small issue at the front desk but it was resolved within minutes due to their machine freezing. They also had a same day appointment which was great. I was in and out within an hour. Will definitely be going back. I live that they check other fluids too!

They were top notch! I brought them in what should have been a routine job that turned into what I can only imagine was kind of a nightmare for them. I feel they went above and beyond! They were patient with me, they explained my options, they gave me honest answers to ALL of my questions ;) on top of getting the job done in impressive timing. I'll probably be getting my tires there for a while.
