Walmart Auto Care Center

I came in today & the guy at the front counter finally came out and acted like I wasn't even supposed to be here. Didn't ask what was going on, just sent me straight out to the bays, which is extremely dangerous for customers to be and is a huge no no!! That poor girl out their working her butt off by herself is excellent,even when she was slammed, had a great attitude and helped me out. YOU CAN DEFINITELY TELL DANIEL DOESN'T GET HIS HANDS DIRTY!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Tires are nice and great price! I seen three employees in the tire place the older lady that checked me in was nice and the other two employees were very rude! I tried to ask about seeing the $800 tires before they put them one the guy acted like I said something about his lack of hygiene or something. I definitely recommend going anywhere else!

I love this place! They help me with all my needs including air in my tires anytime. I just want to say thank you! Big shout out to Malachai, I appreciate your excellent customer service.

Had my wife put two tires on rear of car. She had a flat and I put donut on to get here there. The other rear tire wasn’t very old and wanted to keep it. When she got home tires on car looked good. But the one I had her keep had a grinder taken to the side wall and was place in the truck with that side down. Tire was less than three months old. Class act!!!!

Was originally told 1.5 hours to mount 2 new tires, they had me done in 45 min. I was a bit irritated that i tried to call for 2 hours and nobody in the tire center would pick up. So I drove up there just to see if they had the tires in stock. When I mentioned i had tried to call the clerk said he was busy.... but when I wanted out the door I had to go find him... in sporting goods chit chatting and holding down a run away counter. But the shop experience was great!
