Walmart Auto Care Center

Don't come here to get a nail out a tire. We were told they don't hold each other's hand by the single picture guy...one guy was clearly struggling to fix our tire while others stood around Manager is standing out there with the others....haven't bothered to come talk to us. Coach I talked to on the phone stated she was on here way to the Auto area from grocery never came. Told me to give her a second.... Tires were messed up and not enough air placed in tire.

Waited at the counter for ten minutes, because there was no associate present, and the two other employees I asked for help couldn't or wouldn't help. On top of that, we couldn't get out, because the exit door locked us in. Ended up leaving and going to advance Auto parts instead. Will not be returning to this Wal Mart.

It was genuinely appreciated how well the lady took care of me. The lobby was filled with people, yet the service remained timely. The staff members were incredibly considerate of everyone present. The overall experience was quite positive. I am very thankful for their efforts and kindness.

Scheduled an appointment for a week in advance for new tires. Get email the night before saying the tires are somehow not in stock and will be delayed a day.

Treated badly, would not go there.. was pulling a 16' flat bed trailer with a flat tire. An associate told us to get the trailer out of the entey lane and park out in the mall parking lot, take the tire off, then bring the flat in to be fixed..
