Ordered my tires online. Schedule an appointment for installation. Received notification when the tires arrived at the store. Received notification tires were ready for installation. When I arrived I was greeted by very friendly, professional staff. Everything was handled in a timely manner. I was very very very pleased. Had a comfortable lounge area while I waited.

I have been using Walmart Auto care for my car oil change and tires rotation from long time. I was very satisfied with the quality of service and technical care at Walmart Auto Care in Ottawa, IL. I just moved to here in this city. I scheduled for oil change and tried to schedule tire rotation too but didn’t see option for tire rotation. I came for service as scheduled and Employees said they can’t do tire rotation today and need to be scheduled. I did reschedule for oil change and tires rotation for next day. Next day they changed oil but they couldn’t remove lug nuts. I asked them if other technicians can give a try but all employees including manager were so rude. They didn’t try because they just wanted to make excuses. I have life time tire rotation so they know they will not get paid

Small but thorough team of workers. Order ahead,make an appointment in person, And patience is key! They're working very hard and will go the extra mile for you!

The youngest gentleman in the shop Jancel was great! He replaced my two front tires today. He helped me when I first came in up until I left. Very pleased. I definitely will refer others to this place!

They do not take walk ins and had to wait over 45 minutes to be seen to create an appointment because they left the cou ter empty, would give 0/5 stars if possible you're better off going somewhere else.
