I give one star bc I felt very disrespected and discriminated against bc I was a young woman and not someone who they older gentleman ringing people up knew. When I went to get rung up which no one let me know my car was done or texted me when it was until I asked and then they said yeah its been done. And then so I was like waiting to be rung up and the older gentleman with a Grey and white beard told me hey I already rang up a lady she's coming back. As if it was my problem so I tried being nice and I knew the lady he was holding a spot for he knew and was friends with bc they were talking a lot before in lobby. So here I am ready to pay and leave waiting about 10 mins for this lady that had to go get something and wasnt even in sight. After 10mins this older man came right up to the cou

I know this place often stays pretty busy, but I went around 2:30 on 5/8/25. I was kindly greeted promptly, my oil was changed in 30 minutes, and the three staff people I interacted with were all nice and professional. I paid and was told my car was ready, and I passed the person with my keys on the way out. He respectfully asked to see my receipt, which I appreciate! My car has been stolen before (not at Walmart), and I am glad he verified my identity before handing over my keys. Thank you all for quick and efficient service!

Didn't even give us light we paid for fixed fuse box charged us for it and took 4 hours that and oil change

In November I had a miserable experience attempting to buy tires at this location. I showed up and got a quote on tires for my Ford Escape, was told it would take about an hour, and went into the store to get a few things. An hour later I came back to the tire center and asked about my car. The girl behind the counter said she did not have an order to put tires on my car. She went out to the garage and talked to a couple of the employees and came back and told me that my order had been canceled. Obviously this confused and concerned me. After checking around it turned out that someone else had intended go cancel their order and they had accidentally canceled mine. I asked them to please put my order through again and put on my tires. The counter girl said they would do that, and I went out

I'm just thankful roadside hazard is included with my Walmart + membership. Employees are helpful and friendly. They seem to be understaffed lately so even with an appointment you may have a long wait time. They're busy so again, I appreciate the employees for working hard to keep up. May 5th 2025 I am back again because I seem to run over LOTS of things from screws to sharp rocks so I am so very happy 😊 I have road hazard! They've always been good to repair or even replace every time! Thanks y'all!
