Poor customer service at the oil change service. We pulled up there and waited under the sun no one showed up to ask what we need. Very poor service not recommended.

Super friendly but always late. Tire Install Appointment at 3pm not started until 4pm & still waiting. Can’t find associates when people needed in & out door.

Worst place to do oil change got mine done here and i dont know what they did wrong but all the oil leaked and went back to see if i could get a refund since i had to buy 3 bottles of oil to put since it got completely empty but told me they couldn't do a refund only check it and apparently they had put wrong the filter

After calling the day ahead and scheduling an appointment for a flat repair at 9am on 5/5. The intake was great, the manager, and the service advisor were all very professional… now the technician that started working on my vehicle stated that after not getting my vehicle on the lift until 9:15, that the nail in my tire was too close to the sidewall and could not be repaired. After the advisor and other tech both agreed that the tire is repairable. The tech still continued to argue with me and other employees about the repair. I’ve currently been here an hour and my vehicle is yet to be completed. Technicians like this is why Walmart has a very bad name in the automotive business. Do not let the little Asian kid work on your vehicles. He will recommend things that are repairable. The name
