Incredibly incompetent. Told me it would be 2 hours for an oil change. I waited for 3 before asking what was taking so long. They told me their system went down, they couldn’t cancel work, and couldn’t process payments. Woulda been nice to have been told that while I sat next to you guys waiting for 3 hours. I asked for my keys and left. Never giving this place my money again. If you’re thinking about going here for an oil change, you’re better off going to Lodi Auto & Smog or Pep Boys and paying the extra $ to not waste your time. I’ve taken dumps that communicate better than these guys.

For an appt at 9:30, didn’t get the car started til 10:30, and currently 11:30 still not done. Quick to cancel appt if you’re late at all, but be sure to leave your day open bcus this sure ain’t jiffy lube smh— UPDATE the only reason I will be returning in the future is because a lovely gentleman by the name of Boon made this right. Thank you, Boon.

Damaged my wheels, refused to balance the tires, didn’t change the valve stems, and where generally rude and dismissive

It was a wonderful experience, although there was a bit of a wait despite having an appointment. One downside to purchasing tires online is that if you want to take advantage of the road hazard warranty and get a replacement, you’ll need to reorder online the exact same tire. On the other hand, if you opt to buy in-stock tires in-store at Walmart (specifically Douglas tires), you can enjoy a $10 discount on the online tire price. But I need one tire so got this cross max tire For $48 online +$20 basic in store install $68 great price

Shows the close at 7 , came here at 5pm and they stated they close at 5:30 today. Wrong hours provided. Just wasted my time.
