Walmart Auto Care Center

Excellent experience with the auto center today. Outsidr of their control as per company policy, they couldn't patch my used tire but they did an excellent and quick job changing my oil and discounted me for the tire trouble, making sure to fill my slow leak tire before letting me leave. Unfortunately, I did not get the tech's name but shout out to the guy that serviced a 2023 Hyundai Tucson hybrid today and made sure I left safely.

Very satisfied with the guys at tire shop, they got me in and out. Service writer Courtney B, Not so pleasant, she called me 8am that morning saying the air compressor was down, and my appointment was canceled, that didn't even sound right to me, so I made the 1hr trip there anyway, to my behold when I got there the compressor was working and In fact the guys was installing tires. I Don't know why she would try to deterrent a customer from spending 750. with Walmart, but I do know if it was my business she wouldn't be employed there any longer.

Spent two hours waiting for them to put tires on. (My vehicle was the only one) Then I get notified that they can't reset my sensor and it ain't going to hurt anything.(Team Leader)

Shawnt'e provided great customer service. Very pleasant gal. As always, the service technicians do a fantastic job.

The employees that worked today from the cashier’s desk to the mechanic shop were very impressive, kind, and accommodating. I purchased a new set of tires and they made it worthwhile. This is my second time purchasing a full set from this location. They do their best to make sure you’re set and back on the road in no time. Keep up the great work!
