Walmart Auto Care Center

A few weeks ago, I ordered a set of new Nokian tires for my SUV using Walmart's web site in advance of an upcoming road trip. Walmart's pricing was very competitive, so this was an easy decision. I then scheduled an installation date and time and assumed I was all set. However, just a few days later, their system said my appointment was automatically canceled because the tires, which were being Fed-Ex'ed from California, were running late. When I tried to reschedule, the only dates provided by their system were either during or after my trip. I then called their automated AI system, but it couldn't resolve anything, so it patched me through to a call center in the East - probably India. Knowing I had placed an order for tires and service before seeing the reviews, I was hesitant to take my car here. But, there was nothing to worry about. I came in for my appointment on time, they checked me in, and had my car ready within the hour. They also refunded me for a service I didn’t need given my car’s good condition, so I appreciated that. Overall a friendly staff and good service.

It takes A LOT for me to leave a bad review. I don’t even enjoy doing this. If I could leave ZERO STARS I would. There’s absolutely no point in scheduling an appointment because you will still have to wait hours ! I had a 1:30 appointment. It’s 3 o clock ! I just walked out . I scheduled this appointment last week. I will NEVER come back to this location . They were not remorseful or accommodating whatsoever. It completely disrupted my schedule as I run an entire business and caused so many issues. That is why I SCHEDULED the appointment in advance. That’s the whole point in being able to make an appointment. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Came in at 9am for my appointment to replace one tire. It took them 2.5 hours and when they put my tire on the first time they forgot to put air in it… literally the worse service. I will never come back. The mechanics were lazy. There is a window so you can see what they’re doing. Literally 6 mechanics and only 2 people doing their job. DO BETTER.

Had a 7am appointment time. Got a text telling me to make sure I was there on time. I was 10 minutes early. The shop was not open when I arrived. I waited till 7:05am and still no one there. I left and went to work. Upon trying get a refund for the tires I never received I got a refund for one of the tires, not all 4. I have been waiting a week for the refund of other 3 tires but there's an internal error in their system. NEVER USE WALMART AUTO FOR ANYTHING!
