Empty No customer in front of me Dont want to do the oil change Loosing customer There a express oil in front They take care of me real fast

The lead is very rude! Lied and said he couldn’t complete my service because he was ready to get off work! I pulled up at 5:50 they didn’t close till 7.

Today I went there to get two tire changed. What happened is , my appointment was at 8 AM but I went there at seven 7 AM As I has HVaC guy coming early at my home, thinking they would not be busy and by luck They were not busy at all but the guy Kenneth was the person who was taking care of service, took one and a half hours. I couldn’t reach home in time. The guys has time to smoke but no enough time to complete job in time.

Arrived 40 minutes before close to patch a small hole and have roadside on the tires I bought. Was told down to 1 technician and couldn’t be fixed as they were starting an oil change and that would be the last vehicle . Went the next morning at 7:00 and everything said that was their opening. No one there. Waited till 7:20 and went to front desk. Said they hadn’t come to get the keys yet and they require 2 technicians to work on anything. So unless you have all day go somewhere else, and even then go somewhere else.

It was late when I called about getting a new battery installed. The person with whom I spoke with said if I got there by 4pm , I would get my new battery. I arrived 5 minutes early but the crew in the garage said it was too late to do anything. The person I spoke with had already left for the day when I got there. Lack of communication between the frontdesk and garage is a problem I have had there before. With some agitation, the crew chief agreed to install my battery. They did a good job. I picked up some groceries in the meantime and was on my way. Scheduling problems is an area they need to address.
