NIGHTMARE, The only reason one star given was so I could write this review. My husband had a horrendous experience in the Viera Walmart Automotive Dept. He made an appointment for battery replacements (main and auxiliary). When he DROVE it in they changed the batteries and the car wouldn’t start. The so called shop supervisor worked on it for over 2 hours and never could get the car started. He told my husband to bring in the bill when we got it fixed. We had to have the car towed home at our expense because by now the local dealer was closed and it was a Friday night. On Monday morning, the car was towed (yes another tow) to the dealer and they repaired the error made by Walmart. The dealer diagnosed that it had bent clamps on the auxiliary battery compartment and caused a short in the

Saved almost $1k today! Our routine maintenance trip to the dealer (both my vehicles are newer) for 6 tires 4 on one and two on the other the dealer quoted over $1700. Lisa is an amazing asset to the team, she is kind and calm and extremely helpful. First of all when you go to the auto center you need to come with a few givens… they are always very busy, if you calmly wait and are patient with the associates they will help you with what they can. It’s best to come and wait until they are able to work you into the schedule. Lisa helped hold the tires we needed while we took home our groceries and got our second vehicle. I came in to have my TPMS sensors replaced, but was charged extra for tire balancing and rotation — services I never requested. When I asked why, the tire center staff and manager insisted it was “necessary” and refused to remove the charges. The manager also claimed that “every Walmart has different pricing,” which I believe is dishonest. I was told I should have called ahead to confirm the price — but that’s not something most customers expect to do for basic services at a national chain. To the store manager: please train your staff to be transparent about service and pricing before performing any work. I bought the most expensive oil and the Mobil 1 filter. As a result, I was refused the replacement of oil. The reason for the refusal is simply ridiculous))). I went in for an oil change last month. I am not sure what you guys did to my car, but I had to get my cooling system and thermostat and gasket repair and now it is leaking. I have to go get repairs done that total at 1180.00 the mechanic told me to go back to Walmart and ask for my money back/ and they should be responsible for what I had to pay the damage.
