Walmart Auto Care Center

Excellent service today at the tire service. All 4 tires changed and sensors. Had a little mix up at first but they made it right. 10 out of 10 the whole crew. The two ladies at the register and the guy that worked on my car. Thank you very much!!

I used to be a big fan of this store, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. On one visit, a staff member raised her voice and spoke to me in a way that felt rude and disrespectful. When I brought this up with a supervisor, my concern was brushed aside rather than addressed. The lack of professionalism left me unsure whether to laugh or be upset. Because of this, I’ve decided to minimize my business with them and seek business elsewhere. At places like Sam’s Club, Fleet Farm, , Market Pace, and Costco, I’ve consistently been treated with more courtesy and respect. For the record, the African American guys is always amazing and also the young man, Marshall is very good and nice as well.

The attitude towards questions is astonishing. When a customer has a concern I don’t think you should blatantly have attitude and act like I’m dumb. Fix your attitude.

Only giving it 2 stars because they got my car in earlier than my appointment time and finished quickly. When I got a notification that my car was done, I went to the auto center and they stood around for about 5 minutes talking while I waited. Service writer must have left for the day after I checked in because she was nowhere to be found, so one of the techs had to check me out and he didn't seem to know what to do; another 5 minutes of standing around while he figured it out. They didn't pull my car out until I was already done paying and didn't reset my oil life or TPMS sensor (it had to be replaced because it started acting up in January when the same auto center mounted my tires 2 months prior, so I feel like the replacement sensor should've been free but I digress). Melvin and the rest of the crew on Saturday 2/8/25 were truly amazing. They went Above and beyond for my family, we had been stranded on the side of the road during a blizzard for over four hours. Once we got towed into the service center they had us back on the road within half an hour. They’re so accommodating as my mom is elderly and can barely walk. They pulled our vehicle up to the door so she didn’t have to walk as far. The customer service was just phenomenal from the moment I called to get prices to getting the tire replaced. Thank you!!!
