The service before the sale was good — the staff were friendly and helpful in explaining options. However, the service after the oil change was disappointing. On the vehicle inspection report, several items were marked as “declined,” even though I never declined those services. When I asked for clarification and an explanation of what should have been done, I was told they could perform those services, but it would take a long time. It felt like the team was rushing to get vehicles in and out quickly rather than providing complete, thorough service. Overall, it seemed like the focus was on speed, not quality or customer care.

Employees were nice enough, but it took an hour to start working on my car with an appointment. Took another hour for a battery change on a normal sedan. I got a notification that it was done before they started, then another notification that my appointment was cancelled when it was not. Never going here again.

Got a nail in my tire and needed a quick fix. I was able to get a same day appointment here and both of the guys that checked me in and cashed me out were incredibly professional and friendly! $15, in and out in under an hour.

There really is no reason to book an appointment here. We bring our vehicles here for oil changes and today was just another example of poor management. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 2:30 show up at 2:20 and they don’t even touch the vehicle until 3:30 and have it done in 20 minutes. When I ask the manager about it and explain the problems we have had over the past few oil changes he blew it off saying their system was overbooking people when clearly that isn’t happening since once you book the appointment it removes it from availability. They are very careless and even ripped our windshield tint on a previous visit and just said oops. This place really needs a quality manager to help structure what happens here as there is no accountability whatsoever.

Don't go here. The mechanics are very poor at their Job. I went here for a tire rotation and oil change. They told me that they didn't have high mileage oil in stock. Next I figured the tire rotation will be easy. The mechanic forgot the lug nuts on 2 tires. He didn't put the oil cap back on the engine and I ended up with a screw in my tire after taking it to the shop. Terrible service.
