Absolutely awful service. If I could score this place in the negatives I would. Totally disorganized. I set an appointment for the 5:30-6:30 pm slot, and when I arrived they said they were closing. Why even have that slot available then? And even though the appointment times on the website are listed as 1 hour slots, they’ll take over 2 hours to get your oil changed. But God forbid you arrive a few minutes late, because then they won’t service you at all. Don’t go here, take your business elsewhere.

The associate help with ordering my tires, set up an appointment to get the installed and even set up my oil change appointment. They were very considerate, patient eventhough they were very busy. I personally was taught to do unto others as though you would like to be done unto you!! Show kindness in order to recieve kindness. Show the love of God even when you dont !!

Less Than Zero - Horrible Service. I'm warning you. I'm shocked they are in business. The whole auto service department needs to be replaced. You risk wasting your time, leaving with damages to your car and mad as hell like I was. But don't believe me. Corporate - send the undercover shoppers team to see what we're talking about.

First problem is online they said they close at 7 but when I called I was told they close at 6. They recommended I set up an appointment but latest appointment they could schedule for would be 5. I don't even get off work til after that so I had to schedule on a weekend. So a few days pass, Saturday I show up early for my 3pm appointment. Vehicle was pulled in on time and tech was friendly and professional. Had already bought these tires through WMart online so they only needed to be mounted/balanced. I asked an approx time and the guy behind the counter told me at least an hr and a half. An hour and a half to mount/balance 4 tires with no tpms sensor?!?
