If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. I went in to get a tire repair bc my tire was absolutely flat and super unsafe to drive on. I was essentially turned away and encouraged to go elsewhere because I didn’t make a reservation. I then went to find a manager who was just as confused as to why I was turned away and whom wasn’t aware that a reservation was needed either. The associate Cornelius, was super quick to explain the policy, and a thorough explanation of the staffing for today to the manager upon his arrival. None of which was explained to me. As a young woman with car trouble that can be a hard feet. What’s even harder is not being able to come to your local Walmart and receive comfortable care or prompt service. I would have been more inclined to do business here had

Very disappointed with my experience. Bought 4 new tires ($800), had an appointment for 9am, was told it would be 1-1.5 hours yet 3 hours later they still weren't finished. Eventually left and came back later in the day. Upon picking up the vehicle I noticed one of the valve stem caps was missing. The biggest issue is the next day while driving the front end started shaking once I got up to 50 mph. I took it back in and they tried telling me that I may have ordered the wrong tires (these are the same size tires that came with this 4 year old vehicle and were also verified by their site). They re balacned them and said they had been balanced on the wrong side. However, the vehicle still shook when going above 50. I finally took the vehicle to Belle tire and paid them ($60) to balance them

Prices are reasonable but service isn't there. Booked an apt at 130. Car was checked in at 141pm did not receive my car back until 346pm and when I popped my hood you could visibly see spilled oil on multiple areas of the engine bay. Didn't even take the time to properly clean it up and if they did then good god, how much oil did you spill? Some of the questions I asked about the fuel & oil system cleaning service they offered, they seemed completely puzzled by, they didn't even know what it did. They are struggling, I have been a return customer for over 5 years now and when I was first there, the service was good and the work was clean and visible quality. That is gone. I will have to go elsewhere due to the fact I don't feel comfortable leaving my car with these guys and having to wait

A tire center that cant handle lugs nuts. Tire was off few weeks earlier and another tire place replaced the tire. Maybe hire someone who has seen a tire before. Place is a joke.

Super disappointed. We ordered tires online and had an appointment for new tires only to find out they didn’t have them in stock. After we call 1800-Walmart they told us they did receive them so we went back to get them installed. They ended up taking over 2hrs to replace 3 of the 4 tires and stripped the 4th. Very frustrating. Would not suggest getting tires from here.
