Walmart Auto Care Center

I purchased tires by the way great affordable price and pricing for Walmart not complaining , however complaining about the auto shop it needs to do better as far as customer service and having man power . While waiting a lady’s car was apparently touched and rummaged through like somebody was looking for something or insinuating somebody went through her car while in mechanics responsibility Walmart instantly denied it . I expected to not get my tire replaced by Walmart because when I went I noticed it was severely under staffed , gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked 2 days later hoping they would free up to be told Saturday would be a good day needed tires done asap it is what it is went somewhere else they changed my tire and balanced it before I could type this review . These people have done nothing to fix a situation that they caused....I went on Sunday to get my oil changed so could be ready for upcoming travel...now apon going was told my drip pan bolt was stripped an funny thing is they did last oil change....now they say they do no not want liability to do the job when it was originally done by Walmart to begin with...then say Leo an Victor are managers I need to talk to according to Daniel and Noel...an conveniently after wasting my time waiting at the store Daniel informed the managers are not there...was recommended to follow up next day to be resolved and when calling several times throughout the day no one answers the auto care department phone number. Now 2 days after the manager calls and I was working and unable to answer so I called back a

Update: 12/30/25 so 10 months 8,500 miles into owning these tires the two front ones are already bald from the inside I have a lifetime alignment I went to Firestone to try to get it and they say they cannot align them because the tires were already worn out they pointed out that these waterfall brand tires are really bad and poor quality so I went to Walmart where I purchased them and receive no help from the auto center all they said was try to contact the manufacturer for warranty yet they sold me the tires that were defective and not good ones all for the sake of them making their profit and commission! thank goodness that I didn't crash because one of those tires could have blown out or else it would have been a lawsuit against waterfall and another one against Walmart for selling me

Took my car in to get the pan on the bottom looked at and they said I had to get a oil change for them to do that, so I did and then next thing you know they dont have the filter on hand for it so I have to pay out of pocket on it and then when I get my car back the pan is in my back seat of my car and they wouldn't reinstall it the next day since they didnt have the hardware for it anymore

No line to get tires changed and they take forever to change. Expect a long wait and they don't work on your car ,constantly leaving it alone for more than 30 mins .
