Walmart Auto Care Center

I waited almost 2 hours just to have my tires rotated and balanced Friday morning and now noticed that whoever worked on my vehicle damaged every single one of my wheels! Please have a little respect for other peoples property!

Mt Airy NC Walmart Service Center. Look what they did on my wheels! scratch every where!!! Professional installer $18 per tire, what a joke!!!I just don’t had a choice yesterday because I was i hurry for our out of town plan that’s why I did not talked and complain to their manager. Workers now a days they don’t care about their job, and company just keep on hiring them..

As a first time customer with Walmart auto, I can strongly say I will never be back. Had an appointment and still waiting 3 hours, without explanation. The lady at the service desk, she was new and I did not catch her name, was AMAZING. She is the one other employees need to look up to! She was ran like a dog and did it gracefully. The manager, Tami, on the other hand is a sorry excuse for management. Not only was she rude and crude to her employees, she spoke to me with no respect, sarcasm, and plain out just nasty. Walmart, do better with who represents you.

We've been coming here for our oil change for the last 5 or 6 oil changes. Every time has been darn near perfect. The employees are knowledgeable and nice. We almost always get in right away without any wait (the one time we did wait, it was minimal- 10 minutes or less) and they do great work. They also have a little water cooler and coffee maker with coffee for free. The only complaint we had was the last 2 times they overfilled the oil, just a hair, but we are in talks with the manager to correct this situation. So far, he has been very understanding, and we're hoping something can be resolved with this issue quickly. Would definitely recommend this place for a great priced, quick and easy oil change!

You sold my wife a set of tires and it was on the paperwork I have that it had a cracked rim the replacement was in the trunk ! You not only did not replace the rim ! I had various tire pressures and had to take it to another shop to fix the problem ! My wife and kids ride in that car ! And you will be hearing from my lawyer !
