Walmart Auto Care Center

I called a day ahead to get tires for my girlfriend’s car. I spoke to someone on the phone and he said he would order the tires, and to have her bring the car up at 10:00 today. I tried to pay over the phone and was told “No, just pay afterwards.” Only to have her miss work to arrive and be told they won’t order them before payment and they can’t do it today. (Which is why I tried to pay yesterday.) Absolutely inept. I ended up paying more to a different local tire shop. Extremely unhappy, if I could go lower than 1 star I would.

I do my very best to not have to come here but this is the only place open on a Sunday. Everytime I come here the wait times are insane for anything. If you end up like me forced to come here just know it will be 5+ hrs. If you can, spend your money elsewhere you will thank me.

Ask for Joe S, he is awesome Tech, did great job plus informative , professional and great attitude. Wouldn't accept tip although greatly deserved it. We had 20 in venom tires purchased from Walmart online put on wheels we got else where. Very satisfied .

Almost 4 hours to rotate tires and headlights restored is WILD. I swear they are slow on purpose.

I had a scheduled time for a new tire to be put on. They fixed it in about an hour. I leave to get my lunch. I heard this clicking noise when I was driving. I took it back and, I have been waiting for over an hour for something they messed up and they still are not doing it yet. I see several mechanics just wandering around....I am highly upset.
