Walmart Auto Care Center

I've had a number of tires bought and installed here. Just had 4 put on my 2012 Honda Civic. Ordered online and schedule an install time. All went well. The guys in the shop have always been cool. Sometimes they get a little overwhelmed with installs, but hey, if it's busy, they must be doing good work. Nice to have this shop in the area.

Depends on day and time, staff can be super helpful. There is one individual that is a bit more cranky. Service has been good. Communication is good. Check in and check out is easy and quick.

DO NOT COME TO THIS AUTO CARE CENTER. Go to the one in Heath. I brought my car in to have 4 new tires installed, they cross threaded a lug nut and tried to blame it on me somehow. The employees were very shady about the damage claim process, I’m not sure if they get dinged for this but they didn’t provide me with any information. I had to go through the Walmart customer service line to figure out my options and get the claim process started. If it wasn’t for information available online I would’ve been stuck paying for a several hundred dollar repair bill. Thankfully, Walmart made it right and paid for repairs. Once I was able to track down the store manager he was super helpful, I just wouldn’t trust anyone that works in the Auto Care Center. Accidents happen, they need to learn to own up

We can't thank David G. enough for his timely assistance! We ran into a situation with a stuck/broken lug nut on my son's 2007 Ford Focus. We called ahead and he was able to replace all the lug nuts on one wheel, and checked the lug nuts on all the other tires, right before closing on Monday evening. Thanks again and we'll be sure to come back when it's time for the tires to be replaced!

Although they weren’t able to fit me with the tire I needed (I ordered the wrong width for my heavy vehicle), I found the gentleman I worked with to very honest and helpful. He could have very well installed them and sent me on my way, but instead looked out for my best interest and recommended I seek out a more appropriate tire. It was a refreshing experience.
