If I could put a zero it would zero. 2x I've scheduled oil changes at the Newburgh location. Get that? Two separate times SCHEDULING an oil change, Only for them not to do it. To top it off, I arrived at 1:40 for a 2:30 appointment, only to be told an hour later that they couldn't do my oil change. Then I asked, since you guys can't do my oil change could you atleast install my new tires. I got a resounding no, while watching someone else's tires being put on. 100000 percent the worst service I've ever seen. You're better off going to YouTube and doing the work yourself.

I made an appointment to get an oil change for my VW - which I’ve successfully done several times at the middletown location. I pull into Newburgh and they say “we probably can’t do vws or bmws because we don’t have the parts. Also we don’t carry the oil so you’d have to buy it off the shelf and bring it to us.” Ultimately they couldn’t do it anyway. Why would I even be able to make the appointment for the vehicle if you can’t do the service? What a waste of time.

This Walmart did an excellent job with my new tire (better than some car dealerships I’ve been to). Everyone was professional especially the person who changed my tire. I think his name is Leroy or Angel according to the receipt.

I showed up for my oil change appointment only to find out that there was no one in the department to do it or even talk to me about it. I had scheduled it the day before and even gotten a confirmation of my appointment an hour before arriving. They told me I’d have better luck next week. Who wants to rely on luck for a business to keep their appointments?

In September I purchased tires online and paid for installation. 1 week later, on September 20, I went for my appointment and the employees debated for 20 minutes if they could install tires on a Tesla or not. They eventually told me they couldn't. Why I wasn't called to be told this ahead of time? Or better yet, why did they let me pay for installation and schedule an appointment for a Tesla if they can't install tires on it is beyond me. I decided to keep the tires to have installed somewhere else. I was told I would receive a refund on the installation within a few days. I never did receive my refund. I couldn't get in touch with anyone in store so left a poor survey regarding this and a manager called me. She told me I still had 4 days left on the window to receive the refund. If I di
