Walmart Auto Care Center

Weren’t going to give me the tires I paid for and cancelled my service after 40 minutes of my appointment time when I dropped my vehicle off early. Told they paged me on intercom when they didn’t and was only notified by an email as the call didn’t go through. Told I was denied due to swollen lug nuts. Had to hunt someone down to get tires and was told they couldn’t find my order. 30 minutes later they found the tires I left and went to a different location. Installed no problem and told that there were no issues with lug nuts. Had to spend extra just to get the same service when there was no issue.

Gave this place a second chance and it was a mistake. Last time I got my tires here they first claimed they didn't have them after I ordered them online and was notified they were ready and once I got the manager involved they did have them but it took 3 hours to get them installed when I had an appointment. Gave the benefit of doubt and ordered new tires here again and it's the same bullshit, I made an appointment and paid for the tires only to arrive for installation to be told we cannot give you a wait time. Will never do business here again, their loss as I have 3 vehicles and keep good tires on all 3. Not to mention that no matter what department you try to reach by phone they do not answer the phone.

I have been waiting for assistance for 15 mins. Quietly, patiently, and standing here at the desk. Nobody has shown up. There isn't a bell to ring. The only reason I gave any stars is because I'm hoping that when someone does show up , I will be helped. UPDATE : Another 10 minutes went by before someone showed up with keys to assist me. Once he got there, the service was fast.

Stupidity on a whole new level. Brought my Chrysler in to get a new tire, they said they couldn't get the tire off. They said the lug nuts were swollen so I came in with my ratchet and loosened them, and the lug nuts were not even tight at all. Then they told me they couldn't take the tire off. Because they don't carry a twenty two millimeter or a seven eighth socket. I googled it , and that's exactly the size of the lug nuts on a chrysler 300. How do you have a tire shop and not have all the right size sockets at walmart of all places? Not only that , they let the car sit there all day instead of texting me or calling me to let me know that they weren't going to replace my tire , so they wasted my entire day. Never again. Do not go here!

Had my oil change done in Oak Grove, KY and the staff was super friendly and quick. They had me in and out in under an hour and that's only because they needed me to sign something before they continued and I didn't hear my phone or it would have been done quicker. Definitely would recommend this store.
